Francesco Ciro Bonzio

My background: I have a humanistic education, but I graduated in Electrical Engineering and at SDA Bocconi. I have tried to synthetize all different pieces of my history and my studies: a logic approach, the value of money and human effort, humanity of people – I tried to develop a cross-cutting approach in my work. I worked in very different industries with both specialist and generalist tasks and this has been surely part of my luck.

Independence: I am independent and my customer is my only landmark. I have no conflicts of interest. If I disagree with a client’s decision, I explain him or her my reasons and considerations, but then I respect and always defend whatever decision.

Logic: I am convinced a good Corporate Finance transaction shall have an overall direction and an intrinsic logical coherence, in many respects: personal, psychological, financial, industrial, commercial, strategic.

Confidentiality: You cannot do this job without being confidential, because an escaped word, just one, may blow up an important deal.

Trust: What really rewards my work is not money, but my client’s trust and a long term relationship with him or her.

Experience: Having crossed so different experiences in many industries has given me an extended angle and viewpoint on events, without losing a concrete approach and a strong determination to results.
